Approximately six weeks before the next landlord safety inspection is due, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange the next appointment for you, meaning that safety certificates for your properties need never be out of date. Since 6th April 2018 landlord checks can be carried out up to 2 months before they are due without losing any time on the current certificate.
